This comprehensive report lists company inquiries regardless of qualification status sorted by sales territory and selected by data entry date.
This comprehensive lead track report shows the number of inquiries generated by each of your advertisements, product or literature releases, trade shows, direct mailings or other sources. It also indicates the insertion or show date, the reader service number or space ad size, media cost, what product was featured, the number of inquiries processed each month and total-to-date. The cost-per-inquiry (CPI) and cost-per-viable (CPV) lead is also calculated.
This lead sales automation tool provides cumulative and current lead count totals by territory with sub-totals by region or district for the number of unqualified, viable, non-viable and overdue leads. The current period uses the record entry date to capture the unqualified totals. The qualification date and sales contact dates are used to calculate the qualified totals.
As leads are entered; they are automatically assigned to a salesperson then sent to the field for follow-up. There are several ways this can be done. Lead forms can be printed then mailed or faxed; text data files and lead forms can be sent as e-mail attachments; or for remote 24/7 real-time access, you can utilize the optional LEADTRACK™ Web system. Regardless of method, the software automatically batches and sorts the leads, by territory, into separate files in one automated sort through the customer master file.
This report is designed to show the sales leads that have been followed-up by your sales representatives, dealers or distributors as being viable or active. Their comments, next contact date along with the entire history of prior contacts are displayed.
This report lists those leads that are aging and for which there has been no field follow-up activity posted for a user-defined period. The report tracks from the date the lead was first entered into the system and sorts by sales territory.
