Leadtrack administrators will work with you to build sales territory, zip assignment, product/literature, marketing campaign and status code tables that will be used exclusively for your company. Only your authorized employees and Leadtrack administrators have rights to the data. At any time, at your request Leadtrack will create an export file, with all of your data and send it to you. All data on our servers is totally secure and backed up hourly in a secure third party location.

When sales leads need to be imported or entered, simply send them to LEADTRACK Assist via the email address that will be created for your organization. You can have sales leads that are sent from web sources, magazine sources, etc emailed directly to your LEADTRACK Assist contact. You can even email trade show files directly from the event to allow distribution of literature and marketing/sales emails and letters immediately after the event.

Price for LEADTRACK Assist is based on your company's annual sales lead volume. Payment must be made monthly by credit card or ACH.
