The Beginning The LEADTRACK heritage began in 1934 with an advertising agency in Detroit. The founders created advertising copy and photography for print ads and radio commercials. Over the years, the company developed a prestigious client portfolio including familiar names like Vlasic Pickle and Delta Faucet. Transition to Sales Lead Tracking In 1979, the company redirected its focus from creating the ads to measuring the effectiveness the advertising. The company developed software to track multi-media campaign effectiveness. This was the beginning of a change from a creative advertising agency to a sales lead tracking and management company producing software to perform detailed marketing analysis with an emphasis on campaign effectiveness and lead tracking capabilities. As the importance of results measurement grew, demand for software tools to evaluate lead sources and track leads through the sales cycle became critical. To meet this demand LEADTRACK became the company's flagship product and the evolution from an ad agency to a lead management software company was complete. During the 1980's as the pioneer in development of sales lead tracking tools the company packaged its capabilities as a software license to serve the B2B market niche. We have even found ways to provide browser access for lead update with no monthly user fees. Our LEADTRACK Web product has been enhanced to allow easy access from any Web browser (notebook, desktop, Blackberry or PDA) to allow remote sales reps to download, modify and enter sales leads with no monthly user fees. These changes make it easier than ever to close the loop between marketing and sales. With the introduction of our LEADTRACK On Demand subscription service, we allow customers to select the best solution to meet their unique needs. In some cases the best fit is our suite of LEADTRACK client server products installed on your premise. In other cases the best solution is to subscribe to our LEADTRACK On Demand hosted solution. LEADTRACK ASSIST - Sales Lead Management Administration In the second quarter of 2008, LEADTRACK introduced our LEADTRACK Assist service designed for companies that struggle with keeping personnel fully trained on sales lead management, distribution and fulfillment skills.
